If any of the self defense information on this site helps you protect yourself, or someone you care about, then the time that's gone into this site was time well spent.

We built this website as a public service, and we're not asking for any money to keep it going (we're already paying for it out of our own pockets).

Unfortunately, with our busy schedules, we don't have as much time as we'd like, to add safety advice to this site.
So as long as you're here, we encourage you to register a nickname and add your own safety advice to this site. It won't cost you anything but a few minutes of your time, and you never know... The self defense information you add, might just be the tidbit of advice that saves someone's life.
